Booking terms

These terms help Hermosa PMU Studio protect the time reserved for every client and deliver treatments safely. By making a booking you confirm that the booking information is accurate and you accept these terms.

Eligibility and suitability

Treatments are strictly for clients aged 18 or over. A booking does not guarantee treatment: final suitability is confirmed through consultation and medical screening. Hermosa may postpone or decline treatment where it would be unsafe or where required information has not been provided.

Consultation and patch test

After you book, Jade will contact you to arrange your consultation and patch test at a time convenient for you. Please allow around 30 minutes. Your consultation and patch test must take place at least 48 hours before your treatment appointment.

Deposits and balances

No payment is taken through this website. A £50 deposit is due at your consultation and is credited against the full treatment price. The remaining balance is payable after your treatment. Annual refreshes start from £125, with the final price confirmed at your annual consultation. Prices, inclusions and any refinement appointment will be confirmed as part of your treatment plan.

Changing or cancelling

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to rearrange. With sufficient notice, the deposit can normally be transferred once to another suitable appointment. Late cancellations, repeated changes and non-attendance may result in the deposit being retained and a new deposit being required.

Late arrival

Please arrive at the agreed time. A late arrival may shorten the appointment or require it to be rearranged where the treatment cannot be completed safely without affecting another client.

Preparation, healing and results

You agree to follow preparation and aftercare guidance and to disclose information that could affect treatment or healing. Healed results vary with skin, health, lifestyle and aftercare. Permanent makeup fades over time and no exact colour retention or longevity can be guaranteed.

Photography and marketing

Clinical photographs may be needed for safe treatment records. They are kept private. Use on social media, the website or marketing requires separate, optional consent and is never a condition of treatment.
